listed below, of which I am an authorized representative,
to the growing list of organizations endorsing the
Food and Business Tax Fairness Campaign.
As an endorsing organization, we fully support the
key principles behind the Fairness Campaign listed
below:
- Create a level playing field between small and
large businesses by closing corporate tax loopholes
that allow multi-state corporations to avoid paying
Tennessee business taxes that most small and medium-sized
businesses in Tennessee must pay.
- Direct the revenue generated from the elimination
of these loopholes toward funding further reductions
of the state food tax.
Furthermore, as an endorsing organization, we
give permission to Tennesseans for Fair Taxation
to list our name, along with other endorsing organizations,
on press releases, legislative hand-outs, fact sheets,
and other material related to this plan. |
